Vision
Good design shouldn't be the upgrade.
A lot of software is still needlessly hard to use. We'd like to keep chipping away at that.
Digital product studio
We're a small studio that makes software easier to use. Dashboards that don't need a manual, sites that earn their traffic, products people actually come back to.
Some of the teams we've worked with
01 Studio
Nibin Nelson started UXSparrow in 2025, after fifteen years of designing products for other people. It stays small on purpose. You talk to the person doing the work. There's no account manager in the middle, and nothing gets handed to a junior team.
We only take a few projects at a time. What separates an interface that works from one that merely looks fine is attention, and attention doesn't scale. Research, structure, interface, build. One continuous thread, not four separate handoffs.

Mission
Decisions you can defend without us.
Every choice comes with the thinking attached, so when someone asks why, you have a real answer.
02 Services
Nine things we do. Most projects need three or four of them.
01
Interfaces designed around how people actually behave, not how we wish they would.
02
Making dense, data-heavy screens readable. It's what we're best at, and what we get asked for most.
03
Sites that do your brand justice, and that your team can update without calling us.
04
Real front-end code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular. Fast and accessible from the start, not patched in later.
05
iOS and Android apps that follow each platform's conventions instead of fighting them.
06
Tokens, components, and documentation good enough that the system survives a growing team.
07
Storefronts built around the checkout, the one screen that has to work perfectly.
08
Custom themes and blocks, so your editors get a CMS that fits the design instead of fighting it.
09
Logos, type and colour, with rules clear enough that anyone can apply them properly.
03 Case studies
Multi-family office, web platform
A dated corporate site rebuilt as a clear, credible platform that lets clients find the right service in a single step.
SaaS, AI survey builder
An AI survey builder where the generated draft has to feel like your own work, and the respondent decides whether any of it mattered.
Agriculture, eCommerce
An agricultural shop where the customers range from one rabbit to a full stable, and the product all looks the same in a photograph.
Education, civil services coaching
A UPSC academy in a market where every competitor makes the same promise, so the site shows the year instead of the poster.
B2B commerce, wholesale platform
A wholesale grocery platform for Kuwait businesses, where the buyer is a restaurant with a credit limit, not a shopper.
Your project could sit here.
We only take a few projects at a time. Tell us what you're building and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right fit.
Start a conversation04 Process
Five stages. You see something real at the end of each one, so we never disappear for a month.
01
We learn your business, talk to the people who use the thing, and agree on what success means. You leave with a scope, a schedule and a fixed price.
02
Flows, structure and rough screens. This is the cheapest place to find out an idea is wrong, so we take our time here.
03
Visual design and the component library, built together, so what you approve is genuinely buildable.
04
We build the front-end, or work alongside your engineers. Speed and accessibility are part of done, not a ticket for later.
05
We test against the goals we set at the start, then fix what the testing finds, not what we assumed it would.
05 Voices
“We publish a lot, and fast. UXSparrow gave us a structure that holds up at that pace and a reading experience our subscribers actually stay in. Finding a specific judgment is no longer the hard part.”
“Our catalogue is large and technical, and every supplier site in our trade looks the same. UXSparrow made ours easy to search and easy to enquire from. Customers now arrive already knowing what they want to ask about.”
“The work speaks for itself once people can actually see it. UXSparrow built us a site that shows our projects properly and makes it simple for a homeowner to start a conversation with us.”
06 Founder
Nibin Nelson
Founder & design lead
“I've spent fifteen years making software easier to use. I started UXSparrow to keep doing exactly that.”
Most of that time went into the unglamorous end of the craft: dashboards, admin panels, publishing tools. The screens people are stuck with all day.
I work on every project the studio takes on. Not as a founder who drops into the kick-off and disappears, but as the person actually drawing the screens. It limits how much we can take on, which is the trade I wanted to make.
If we work together, you'll hear from me directly, you'll see work early and often, and you'll get the reasoning behind every decision, so you can keep making good ones after we're done.
07 FAQ
Something still unclear? Just ask. We answer every message within a business day.
Ask a questionIt depends on scope. A full website redesign usually takes four to eight weeks; a focused UI/UX project or dashboard, two to four. You get a dated schedule at the end of discovery, before any design work begins.
Yes. Design is what we do first, but we take it through to real front-end code: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular and WordPress, in house or with developers we've worked with for years. If you'd rather your own engineers build it, we'll hand over a documented system and help them get going.
A fixed price per project, quoted after discovery, so the number doesn't move unless the scope does. For ongoing product work we use a monthly retainer instead. Either way, you see the figure before you commit to anything.
Feedback is in the schedule, not bolted on afterwards. Every milestone ends with a walkthrough and includes two or three rounds of changes, and nothing moves forward until you've signed off on what came before.
Nibin leads every project and stays your point of contact throughout. Specialists join for research, front-end or motion work when a project needs it, and you'll always know who's involved and why.
